Yes! I have had teacher friends use this successfully in grades K-3.  Teachers have even used these in middle school with success.  it's all about getting students to “buy-in”.

 

You can use Velcro or magnets to attach the pieces to your chart depending on where you choose to hang it. 

 
It could take as little or as much time as you decide. You can choose to add one piece per day or a piece every time someone demonstrates the behavior goal.
